If you’ve ever thought about how wonderful it would be to never have to fix a puncture ever again, Tannus tyres are ones for you! Their revolutionary airless tyres are 100% puncture-proof, and guaranteed to last for thousands and thousands of miles.
 
 
Made from a special Micro Closed Cell Polymer Resin called “Aither”, Tannus tyres use a special foaming technology to create a totally unique compound. They have no inner tube, mounting straight onto your rim without the need for rim-tape. These game-changing tyres are light-weight and comfortable, and can be used in all riding conditions.
 
 
Shop staff Francis and Rob have been testing Tannus tyres on their bikes since Autumn 2018! While they are a hassle to fit (we’d recommend having yours fitted by us or another Tannus dealer), once they’re on it’s zero maintenance! No pumping up required and absolutely no punctures means that you always know your bike’s ready to go, and will get you where you want to be.   • Micro closed-cell polymer foam material, Aither, creates a tyre that weighs slightly less than most tyre + tube + rim tape combos. Perfect for the gram shavers out there!
  • Tannus Tyres have been validated by TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein/Technical Inspection Association), the most reputable German testing organisation.
  • Tannus pride themselves on durability and guarantee only 1.5mm of tyre wear after riding 9,000km, thanks to the unique structure of their Aither compound.
  • Locking Pin System allows Tannus Tyres to fit most regular bike wheels. If your bike has a clincher type rim, your tyre can be retrofitted right away regardless of its size.
  • No air means no pumps, inner tubes, tools or leavers, so you don’t need to spend hours setting up your tyres before you leave home, and you’ll never be stranded on the side of the road with a puncture again.
  • Comes supplied with an S tool and the necessary pins required for installation.
