This tyre is a firm favourite among Inspiral Cycles staff, with many of us using the Hellkat as our tyre of choice to stay rubber-side-down through the winter slop. Given that we've got access to (and have tried out) most brands of MTB tyre, this speaks volumes!

The Hellkat is a gravity tyre that was developed with UR Team pro riders. An optimized tread design lets you rip across a wide range of conditions, never letting you down through sharp turns or aggressive braking. Don’t just be fast - be fast as hell!

Designed around the rigors of enduro racing, EN-DTC features a lower rolling resistance value than previous dual tread compounds. With shore A values lower than the original DTC, the EN-DTC provides a more responsive ride, letting the knobs do the work of control and braking on the ground.

Optimized for enduro and trail riding, the Advanced Trail Casing (ATC) uses a layer of SCT on the sidewalls and a K-Armor belt under the tread area. K-Armor allows for a tighter weave and the use of less rubber, resulting in a lighter tire and a casing that is supple enough to allow the knobs to flex and form under load, yet still protects from pinch flats or casing tears.
