The amaaazing Fidlock Twist 750 compact bottle system is brilliant for mountain bikers, and cyclists with little clearance inside the frame for a normal bottle and cage. It uses a magnetic clasp system that only releases the bottle when it’s twisted, meaning that it’ll stay put over even the roughest terrain.

The bottle can be fitted to the mounting system easily and without having to twist it on, or the need for clearance above the bottle that you’d need to manoeuvre it into a traditional cage. Magnets pull the bottle into place on the base, saving you the need to faff about with precise positioning, and a mechanical locking system then clicks into place. This version of the bottle includes a bike base that’s mounted on the bike using the bottle-cage braze-ons with two screws. It’s a fantastic system, and we all think it’s great!

The twist bottle 750 compact lives up to its name: due to the voluminous design, this water bottle does not require more space than the twist 590 bottle – but transports significantly more liquid for the big thirst. Especially with narrow frame geometries, this bottle is a perfect option. The popular design language and grippy ergonomics for intuitive handling have been adopted, as well as the removable dirt cap and the self-closing membrane with large water flow.
